A Guilt Free Group is a small gathering of people who read and discuss Guilt Free: Reclaiming Your Life from Unreasonable Expectations together. No expertise required, just a willingness to be honest about what you carry and a desire to put some of it down.

HOW IT WORKS

Three simple steps to start your group

Gather Your Group

Invite 4–8 readers* personally. Use the invitation template in the packet. In person or virtual, whatever works for your group. Friends, colleagues, neighbors, anyone who's ready.

Download the free Host Packet* and grab a copy of Guilt Free: Reclaiming Your Life From Unreasonable Expectations.

 

*The packet includes everything you need. No extra prep required beyond reading the chapters yourself.

Meet & Discuss

Meet every two weeks for 6 sessions, 60 minutes each.* Follow the guided discussion questions. Watch what happens when people talk honestly about guilt together.
