Welcome!

I'm Jennifer Reid, MD

As a psychiatrist, I have studied the brain for decades, and I've learned how to shift our painful self-criticism and doubt.

As a working mom, I practice these techniques imperfectly. Some days I just lean into the chaos, write a lengthy to-do list that I promptly lose somewhere in my house, and try to laugh at the many indignities of aging. In other words, I am deeply human.

My goal is to help all of us build self-trust and agency as we navigate this ever-changing world. If we can also find time to laugh at the ridiculous moments along the way, that's a major bonus.

I'm so glad you're here.

Women have an outsized relationship with guilt.
