Dr. Jennifer Reid is a board-certified psychiatrist, award-winning educator, creator and host of A Mind of Her Own Podcast and Substack, and the author of Guilt Free: Reclaiming Your Life from Unreasonable Expectations.
Dr. Reid is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania. She attended medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed her residency at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, where she also completed a fellowship in mood disorders. She has received multiple teaching awards in her academic roles.
A trusted voice in mental health, Dr. Reid brings both clinical rigor and genuine compassion to everything she does.
